By downloading, installing or using the QuickQ app and related services you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure and for all activity carried out through your account.
The service must not be used for anything unlawful in your jurisdiction, nor resold, abused or used to interfere with normal operation.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed for the period of the plan you choose; prices and entitlements shown at checkout apply.
Unless stated otherwise, entitlements end when a subscription expires without renewal.
4. Refunds
Refund requests must meet the refund rules published at the time of purchase, and are processed after verification.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service stable, but network conditions, third-party routes and force majeure can cause interruptions or variation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
